Cost usually $85~> only $60 This is a high-energy, 2.5-hour experience where you’ll learn real life emergency skills in a supportive, encouraging environment. We’re talking hands-on practice, practical scenarios, and the confidence to step in and help when it matters most. This is NOT a certification course. It’s practical training designed to prepare you for everyday emergencies like accidents at home, car crashes, outdoor injuries, unexpected trauma, and yes, even more serious situations if they arise. You’ll learn: • How to control severe bleeding • Proper wound packing techniques • How to apply direct pressure effectively • When and how to use a tourniquet • How to stay calm and take action under stress This isn’t about focusing on worst case scenarios, it’s about becoming the woman who knows what to do.
